These Terms & Conditions apply to tickets, bookings, events and related products provided by **Dark Reign Events**.

By purchasing a ticket or attending a Dark Reign Events event, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Tickets & Admission

All Dark Reign Events events are strictly **18+** unless otherwise stated. Valid proof of age may be requested. We reserve the right to refuse admission where satisfactory proof of age cannot be provided. Tickets must be purchased in advance. **Tickets are not available for purchase at the door unless explicitly stated otherwise for a particular event.** Your booking confirmation acts as proof of purchase. Guests may be checked in using the name associated with the booking. Please ensure that the information provided when purchasing your ticket is correct.

2. Ticket Transfers

Tickets may be transferred to another person if you are unable to attend. If you transfer your ticket, please contact Dark Reign Events before the event with the new guest's details so that our guest list can be updated. Tickets must not be resold for more than their original purchase price.

3. Refunds

Tickets are generally **non-refundable**, including where a guest is unable or chooses not to attend. This does not affect any rights you may have under applicable UK consumer law. If an event is cancelled by Dark Reign Events and no suitable alternative or rescheduled date is offered, ticket holders will be entitled to a refund of the ticket price in accordance with applicable law. If an event is rescheduled, ticket holders will be informed of the available options.

4. Personalised Invitations & Physical Items

Where available, guests may purchase a personalised physical invitation or other optional item in addition to their event ticket. Please ensure that all names, postal addresses and personalisation details supplied are correct. Once a personalised item has entered production, it may not be possible to change or cancel the order. Personalised items are made specifically for the customer and may therefore be excluded from the usual cancellation rights that apply to certain online purchases, subject to applicable consumer law. Dark Reign Events is not responsible for delivery delays caused by postal or delivery services outside our reasonable control.

5. Bring Your Own Alcohol (BYO)

Where an event is advertised as **BYO**, guests aged 18 or over may bring their own alcoholic drinks for their personal consumption during the event. There is no requirement to purchase alcohol at the event. Please bring a reasonable amount intended for your own consumption and drink responsibly. Alcohol must not be supplied to anyone under the age of 18.

Dark Reign Events reserves the right to intervene or refuse continued alcohol consumption where necessary for the safety and wellbeing of guests. Guests who appear excessively intoxicated or whose behaviour presents a risk to themselves or others may be refused admission or asked to leave the event.

6. Food & Allergies

Where food or refreshments are provided, we will take reasonable steps to provide relevant information where available. However, we cannot guarantee that food will be completely free from particular allergens or traces of allergens. Guests with allergies or specific dietary requirements are responsible for checking available information and should contact us before consuming food if they are unsure.

7. Guest Behaviour

We want our events to provide an enjoyable and welcoming environment for everyone. Aggressive, threatening, abusive, discriminatory, dangerous or seriously disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated. Guests must follow reasonable instructions from Dark Reign Events, venue staff or event staff relating to safety and the operation of the event.

We reserve the right to refuse admission or require a guest to leave where their behaviour presents a safety risk, seriously disrupts the event, or negatively affects other guests. A guest removed for these reasons will not normally be entitled to a refund.

8. Prohibited Items & Safety

Guests must not bring illegal substances, weapons or other items that could reasonably present a danger to other guests, staff or the venue. Guests must comply with the safety requirements and policies of the venue. Emergency exits, stairways and access routes must be kept clear at all times.

9. Personal Belongings

Guests are responsible for their own personal belongings. Where a cloakroom, coat rail or storage area is provided, it is provided for convenience and items are left at the guest's own risk, except where loss or damage results from something for which liability cannot legally be excluded. Please do not leave valuable items unattended.

10. Photography & Video

Photography and filming may take place during Dark Reign Events for promotional, social media or event documentation purposes. Where appropriate, guests will be informed that photography or filming is taking place. If you do not wish to appear in identifiable promotional photographs or video, please let a member of the event team know.

11. Changes to the Event

Dark Reign Events may make reasonable changes to event timings, activities, performers, layout or other elements where necessary. Such changes do not automatically entitle ticket holders to a refund where the overall event is still taking place as advertised.

12. Cancellation & Events Outside Our Control

In rare circumstances, an event may need to be cancelled, postponed or changed due to circumstances outside our reasonable control. These may include severe weather, emergencies, venue closure, government restrictions, safety concerns, transport disruption or other circumstances that make holding the event unsafe or impracticable. Where this happens, we will communicate with ticket holders as soon as reasonably possible and provide information about rescheduling, refunds or other available options as appropriate.

13. Accessibility

We aim to provide clear accessibility information for each event wherever possible. Guests who have specific accessibility requirements are encouraged to contact us before purchasing or attending so that we can provide relevant information about the venue and event.

14. Liability

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Dark Reign Events will not be responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable or for losses resulting from circumstances outside our reasonable control, subject to applicable law. Guests remain responsible for their own actions and for following reasonable safety instructions while attending an event.

15. Privacy

Personal information provided when purchasing tickets, contacting us or attending an event will be handled in accordance with our **Privacy Policy**.

17. Governing Law
