This Refund Policy applies to tickets and related purchases made through Dark Reign Events.

Event Tickets

Tickets are **non-refundable if you change your mind or are unable to attend the event**. However, you may transfer your ticket to another person. If you wish to do so, please contact Dark Reign Events before the event so that we can update the guest list. This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

Event Cancellation

If an event is cancelled by **Dark Reign Events** and is not rescheduled, you will be entitled to a refund of the ticket price. We will contact ticket holders using the contact information provided at the time of booking.

Event Rescheduling

If an event is rescheduled, your ticket will normally remain valid for the new date. We will contact ticket holders with details of the new date and any options available to them.

Changes to the Event

Reasonable changes may occasionally be made to event timings, program, activities, performers, layout or other elements. Where the event itself is still taking place, such changes will not normally qualify for a refund unless otherwise required by law.

Personalised Invitations

Personalised invitations are created specifically for the individual customer. Once personalisation or production has begun, personalised invitations **cannot normally be cancelled or refunded**, except where the item is faulty, damaged, not as described, or where you otherwise have a legal right to a remedy. Please check all names, addresses and personalisation details carefully before submitting your order.

Incorrect or Duplicate Purchases

If you believe you have accidentally been charged twice or there is another problem with your transaction, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can investigate.

Refund Processing

Where a refund is due, it will normally be returned to the **original payment method** used for the purchase. The time taken for the refund to appear in your account may depend on your payment provider.
